چکیده
Timing Selector In article number 2100072, Mingyi Rao, Zhongrui Wang, J. Joshua Yang, and co-workers conceptualize demonstrate a timing selector, which can utilize its nonlinear relation between switching time voltage, instead of current voltage in traditional selectors, to block sneaking memristive crossbar arrays. The operation principles are formulated together with experimental demos using integrated one-selector-one-memristor (1S1M) structures.

Future Large-Scale Memristive Device Crossbar Arrays: Limits Imposed by Sneak-Path Currents on Read Operations
Passive crossbar arrays based upon memristive devices, at crosspoints, hold great promise for the future high-density and non-volatile memories. The most significant challenge facing memristive device based crossbars today is the problem of sneak-path currents. In this paper, we investigate a memristive device with intrinsic rectification behavior to suppress the sneak-path currents in crossbar...
متن کاملIRWIN AND JOAN JACOBS CENTER FOR COMMUNICATION AND INFORMATION TECHNOLOGIES Information-Theoretic Sneak- Path Mitigation in Memristor Crossbar Arrays
In a memristor crossbar array, functioning as a memory array, a memristor is positioned on each row-column intersection, and its resistance, low or high, represents two logical states. The state of every memristor can be sensed by the current flowing through the memristor. In this work, we study the sneak path problem in crossbar arrays, in which current can sneak through other cells, resulting...

Article history: Received 19 November 2014 Received in revised form 24 March 2015 Accepted 9 April 2015 Available online 23 April 2015 In this work, we have implemented self-rectifying TaOx/TiO2 RRAM in a selector-less 6 × 6 crossbar array with various desiring features, including: (1) simple fabrication using only three masks, (2) high self-rectifying ratio up to 10 for sneak current suppressi...
متن کاملassessment of the efficiency of s.p.g.c refineries using network dea
data envelopment analysis (dea) is a powerful tool for measuring relative efficiency of organizational units referred to as decision making units (dmus). in most cases dmus have network structures with internal linking activities. traditional dea models, however, consider dmus as black boxes with no regard to their linking activities and therefore do not provide decision makers with the reasons...
the use of appropriate madm model for ranking the vendors of mci equipments using fuzzy approach
abstract nowadays, the science of decision making has been paid to more attention due to the complexity of the problems of suppliers selection. as known, one of the efficient tools in economic and human resources development is the extension of communication networks in developing countries. so, the proper selection of suppliers of tc equipments is of concern very much. in this study, a ...
